Job Description:
In this role you will work on the Sales Support team and support the Portfolio Specialist teams and execute on key deliverables and projects across discretionary Solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of underlying platforms, systems and tools with the ability to think strategically and deliver business results for their respective product domains by:
- Driving internal and external communications to deliver transparent and impactful content
- Creating highly-leveraged advisor and client resources, responding to a high volume of advisor / client inquiries, contributing to prospect RFP responses, etc.
- Contributing and participating in efforts to enhance the Advisor / Client experience and strategic business initiatives.
- Develop and help drive initiatives aimed at improving the advisor/client experience (both internal & external), including increasing the efficiency of information flow and communication channels between different areas of the business
- Serve as a resource to educate and provide information to the sales force on a large number of funds/strategies on the global Private Bank platform – primarily focused on the Endowments and Foundations
- Leverage knowledge about our investments solutions, the markets, and views from the Chief Investment Office to assist in writing portfolio commentary.
- Oversee quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy for content created by the team
- Assist in developing and updating presentations and marketing materials for clients and internal meetings
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (due diligence, finance, compliance, business management, etc.) on a variety of initiatives, including regulatory, technology, etc.
- Handling Advisor and Client needs (inbox management, questions on Donor Advised Funds, reporting needs, etc.)
- Work on time sensitive ad-hoc analysis and projects
- Create Request for Proposals (RFPs) to prospect new business. As a Proposal Writer you will be responsible for developing timely, cohesive, high-quality, and competitive proposals.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- MBA/CFA or an equivalent professional degree with 9- 12 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the Investments domain / Global markets
- Experienced people manager adept at working in matrix organization and managing dynamic high performing teams
- Proactive, self-motivated and solution oriented approach, project management skills should be present
- Hands on multi-tasker, self directed, capable of working independently and as part of the team.
- Excellent stakeholder engagements skills, strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management
- Ability to execute within a fast-paced and demanding environment, while managing multiple concurrent deliverables/tasks
- Proactive, accountable, and assertive; strong work ethic
- Thought leadership - confident and skill to think strategically, develop solutions, and present recommendations to business leaders.
