Reporting to the ASEAN AWS Partner Organization Leader, this role is responsible for the development, growth and expansion of all AWS Partner Network – Consulting Partners (SI, VAR and Distributors) and Technology Partners headquartered in and the support of non-headquartered partners expanding and operating in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Day to day responsibility for managing the full partner life cycle - partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, go-to-market across solution build, co-sell pipeline and well-delivered, including governance of key partnerships.Key job responsibilities
- Manage a partner sales target delivered through a broad set of AWS Partner Network (APN) consulting and technology partners, within Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines through partner originated sales motions.- Represent AWS and participate in industry and partner events to deliver thought leadership- Drive efficiencies and operational improvements across the partner development function and be an active voice for change and improvement
Singapore, SGP
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
- 10+ years of driving growth through and with cross-functional teams including inside sales, technical, marketing, segmentation, legal (contracts) experience
- Master's degree or equivalent
- 10-15+ years of experience in Channel business development, Distributors, or SI management, in a regional role in ASEAN, or AP
- 5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience
- Experience and familiarity with the AWS platform, products, solutions and capabilities
