Support additional operations activities such as planning, reporting, and tracking, and data hygiene.
Document processes and establish a process lifecycle management system, including identification, documentation, validation, execution, and improvement.
Develop strong working relationships with BOMs and other stakeholders to identify operational areas where value can be added.
Identify opportunities to standardize processes and scale best practices.
Develop and maintain various reports, dashboards, and presentations; analyze data and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency.
Identify and lead the implementation of AI/automation initiatives in the process lifecycle to save time and improve user experience.
Manage various communications as part of initiatives involving a diverse range of stakeholders (e.g., BOMs, Sales, Finance, etc.)
Proven experience (5-7 years) in operation management role.
Open to work on shifts (Primary shift – 12:30 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and distribute significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales management tools.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
