Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales strategy and execution for GE Healthcare’s Imaging product portfolio across key accounts either in Thailand, Indonesia or Malaysia, driving revenue and market share growth.
  • Achieve sales, orders, and margin targets for Imaging products in assigned strategic accounts.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop tailored business plans that drive new opportunities for GE’s Imaging products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical and clinical teams, to deliver comprehensive sales solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Establish and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to position GE Healthcare as a trusted partner.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, negotiations, and contracts, to maximize customer investments in Imaging solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the broader sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer success.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and healthcare market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective project execution and customer satisfaction by managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and stakeholder expectations.
  • Represent GE Healthcare at key customer meetings, conferences, and events to strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 8-20 years of consultative sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on capital equipment, imaging solutions, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex, solution-based selling environments.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills, with the ability to engage at the CXO level.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, strategic accounts and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and closing skills, with experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare capital equipment sales, particularly within the Imaging sector.
  • Strong knowledge of GE Healthcare’s product portfolio and solutions.
  • Experience in navigating matrixed organizations and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • In-depth understanding of Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia (any of the countries) healthcare market and key buying groups.
