As a Principal Engineering Manager, have a proventrack recordhighly availableproducts and services with quality and on schedule. We need someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and obsessed with delivering world-class experiences that are performant and built for massive scale in a 24/7 world. The day-to-day responsibilities include a blend of technical, hands-on leadership with proven people management and partnership skills.

• develop,growandlead a team of high-performing engineers.
• Own the Viva Engage Communitiesproduct and platform,including its integration into M365, scale the platform to meet projected growth and innovate to grow usage and product market fit.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, User Research, and other Engineering teams within and beyondtheorganization, to drive strategic decisions and execution excellence.
• Provide oversight, accountability, and leadership for technical decisions with a bias for action.
• Create and foster a culture that drives engineering and service excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading high performing engineering teams.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience building large scale distributed systems and/or cloud applications for consumer or SaaS products.
