What you will accomplish:
- Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems leveraging different analytical and statistical approaches.
- Work with cross-functional partners to Influence product strategy and investment decisions with data driven insights and recommendations, be focused on impact, and collaborate with other teams.
- Use data to understand the product and business ecosystem, quantify new opportunities, identify upcoming challenges, and shape product development to bring value to our customers and our business.
- Help develop strategy and support leadership in prioritizing what to build and setting goals for execution.
- Build thought partnership with product leadership to drive data-driven decisions.
What you will bring:- BS/BA degree in Statistics, Applied Econometrics, Math, Physics, Computer Science, other related Core Sciences or equivalent.
- 2+ years relevant professional experience or Master’s degree and 1+ yr.
- Excellent SQL skills. Experience with other programming/scripting languages (Python, R, Julia etc.) to extract/manipulate data.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to balance attention to detail and big picture vision.
- Willingness to get out of your comfort zone, continuously learn about new business functions, datasets, and tools.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
$114,800 - $176,550
