Description
In this position you will:-Assess and analyze program opportunities to drive improvements and influence change from a process, cost and quality perspective-Be persistent in accomplishing program objectives despite obstacles and setbacks
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- 5 years prior retail leadership experience and/ or 5 years of project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Self motivated with strong communication and presentation skills
- Looks towards the broadest possible view of an issue and is able to provide a varied perspective on a variety of subjects
- Ability to seamlessly drive decisions through consensus and to inspire change
- Adaptable and open working style with ability to establish trust and credibility quickly with both field and corporate partners
- Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, business partners and work streams across various geographies and business groups
- Strong project/program management skills including establishing strategy, goals, execution and reporting
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
