About the Role

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions
2. Identify opportunities and lead of the entire development lifecycle end-to-end, from architecture design and coding to testing and deployment
3. Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain high code quality and elevate coding standards
4. Help the team understand what is important and what problems to focus on
5. Identify solutions to ambiguous problems and help the team reason through tradeoffs

- - - - Basic Qualifications ----

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
2. 2+ years of professional experience software development experience with a track record of increasing responsibility and impact
3. Experience with one of the following programming languages: Java, Go, C/C++.
4. Demonstrated experience developing complex backend systems

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$185,500 per year.
