- Ensure exceptional dataset quality through regular data audits, identifying and troubleshooting data quality issues and inconsistencies
- Propose and implement process improvements to increase dataset quality, quantity, and variety, driving continuous improvement and excellence
- Monitor and drive productivity across data collection tracks, optimizing workflows and processes to achieve maximum efficiency
- Interpret and report on data visualizations and dashboards to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating and reporting on data collection requests from stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates
- Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, Confluence, and SharePoint, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and driving results through teamwork and open communication
