Perform all aspects of the daily bookkeeping for the Israeli entity, including accounts payable, general ledger, journal entries and bank reconciliations including deposits and investments.
Process and record invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and submit VAT reports and other relevant tax filings in accordance with Israeli regulations.
Reconcile various accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and intercompany accounts.
Prepare with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and other reconciliations.
Collaborate with other finance team members and departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist with internal and external audits as required.
Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by the IL Controller.

Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2) - Mandatory.
8 years of bookkeeping experience in an Israeli company, preferably in a high-tech or global environment.
Proven experience with Israeli VAT regulations.
Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite – strong advantage).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work intensively and meet deadlines.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
