Project Controls Analyst.The work location for this position is Houston, TX and various unanticipated worksites in the US. Responsibilities:

Research and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules by considering estimated costs, resources, and timelines in construction. Review and approve contractor pay applications, vendor and architect invoices, and change orders. Develop customized cost reports as required by the client and analyze them for accounting accuracy. Estimate costs of various design options for clients as needed. Monitor project costs, expenditures, and compare actual costs to estimated costs and identify any variances. Assess risks and uncertainties associated with the construction projects and incorporate them into the cost estimates and plans. Develop cost reports of analyzed data, maintain project status dashboards. Evaluate and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. Track project progress against the estimated timelines and milestones and identify any potential delays or bottlenecks. Responsible in forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earn value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow and reporting tools. Assist with managing the overall program cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all& levels of management. Support project teams in preparing purchase orders, contracts, review change order, amendment requests ensuring budget availability, accurate cost coding and reporting. Monitor and reconcile project cost reports, analyze budget/ cost changes, approve and document invoices. Analyze, review, and report monthly progress, cost/ budget changes, and forecast reports to the client and the public.

Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.
