- Seeks opportunities to expand service offering, fostering an environment of client satisfaction, organizational understanding, excellence in execution within assigned client accounts.
- Provides access to GA Learning requirements anaccurate account information, strategic and consultative insight & direction to resolve challenges, establish processes.
- Manage and drive service level agreement requirements (SLA’s / KPI’s) and other determined criteria boh for deliery of support by EAAs and with the service provider Manpower
- Manage and address EAA concerns and needs.
- Ensure a strong talent pipeline and contribute to sourcing/recruiting efforts that effectively meet client demands
- Ensure high performance culture across GCG GA. Mentor and coach EAAs whenever issues happened and help needed.
- Independently resolve client issues and support strategic planning, Assess client’s pain points and areas of opportunity
- Guide and communicate with ManpowerGroup to manage contractors efficiently, setting the stage for growth within the client.
- Work directly with Client to forecast upcoming labor needs and gather immediate labor needs.
- Approach client in consultative, results-driven way to lead to the growth of our partnerships

• Experience working as part of a successful team • An understanding of IBM’s strategy • Communication Skills • Solution focused • Excellent English (verbal and written) • Previous management experience (preferred not essential) • Independent thinker, self-starter, flexible, intuitive • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Experience presenting and defending value of solutions to client stakeholders in a way that inspires confidence and drives approval • Based on metrics and analysis, experience implementing policy and activities to improve the organizational culture • Agile project management experience • Proficient in English (both written and verbal) • Proficient in Webex, Slack, Outlook, Travel @ IBM, Trello, Mural, Excel, Powerpoint, Word |
