Senior Associate, Financial Analysis

This role requires strong communication, problem solving, strategic thinking, and influencing skills in order to effectively:

• Articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights

• Partner with the business to assess the financial implications of pricing decisions

General Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis & reporting: Accurately analyze & explain monthly variances, track performance against the Annual Budget and size R&Os

• Support the business in monthly pricing decisions

• Lead the Annual Budget process

• Ad-hoc requests and special projects

• Independently manage and prioritize workload

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis

• At least 3 years of experience with financial modeling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

• At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis

• At least 4 years of experience with financial modeling

• At least 3 years of experience in strategic analysis & planning

• Proven business relationship, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills

• Demonstrated independent problem solving and strategic thinking abilities

• Strong teamwork skills; ability to positively contribute to overall success of the team

• Experience working with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)

McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Financial Analyst Richmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Financial AnalystThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
