Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
- Experience driving hardware design research.
- Experience with product strategy and research roadmaps, and performing research to contribute to business strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Vision, Computer Science, Computer Graphics, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, or Bioengineering.
- Experience or expertise in Human Factors and Ergonomics research.
- Experience with CAD tools, such as Solidworks, NX, or MeshLab.
- Experience working with 3D meshes and using automation tools (such as Python) to process the meshes to generate anthropometric insights.
- Experience with mesh registration, 3D geometry, image processing, and linear algebra.
- Understanding of population statistics and how to answer different research questions using different statistical tools, and a solid statistical toolkit to generate research insights from large and complex datasets.
