Job Description:

This job is responsible for working on the least complex technical designs that enable business strategies in accordance with architectural governance, standards and policies. This job facilitates deployment of technical solution by developing templates, playbooks, and automation used during implementation and consistently looking for opportunities to improve the reliability and efficiency of implementing services. Job expectations include embracing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ Experience using BMC REMEDY ITSM software
• Investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
• Strong written and oral communication
• Decipher REXX programming
• Ability to work after hours/Weekend support during an on-call rotation
• Requires minimum supervision and works as a team member with internal and external employees and contractors

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience with PIPES programming
• Exposure to IBM System Automation software
• Geographically Dispersed Parallel Sysplex – Continuous Availability (GDPS-CA)​
