Manage a team of Engagement Managers from HR perspective. The people's responsibility includes hiring/onboarding, developing, and managing attrition as well as conducting Performance and Growth processes for the team
Strategic planning. Identify market, and organizational demand, drive the required changes in the organization across the different departments
Experience you'll need
8+ years of experience in enterprise technology professional services in a customer-facing services sales role, carrying individual quota
4+ years experience working in a SaaS company for Services or Consulting as a people leader
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Familiarity with MEDDIC and Services Sales Forecasting
Experience in hiring, building, coaching, and managing team members
Keen adaptability to technology innovation with an ability to learn quickly in a rapid-growth, fast-paced, dynamic environment
A “can-do” attitude and the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
Ability to adapt, and implement changes in processes quickly
Ability to consult with and influence at all levels within the organization
Ability to quickly develop relationships and assert credibility with both technical and business teams
High motivation for a role that requires soft and managerial skills to drive change and improvement across the MongoDB PS organization
Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment and operations

Attend new hire sales training to learn about MongoDB’s technology, what we sell and how we sell
Learn about how MongoDB Professional Services helps customers adopt the MongoDB developer data platform, and gain familiarity with the entire suite of PS offerings
Familiarize yourself with the services sales methodology, organizational structure, and services sales-related IP
Gain proficiency with our services sales tools
Be engaged in the day-to-day management of your team, and business
