Guide and mentor the Sales Development Management team to consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets
Empower the team to strategically prospect, identify opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline
Lead proactive recruitment efforts for high-caliber Sales Development Managers and Account Development Representatives
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships that drive growth and business opportunities with Sales & Eco-system leaders

Deliver exceptional coaching and mentorship through a deep understanding of sales principles, the company’s business model, and the sales methodology
Actively participate in prospect qualification and discovery calls/meetings to ensure alignment with team goals
Provide senior management with weekly performance summaries and accurate forecasts to guide decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally to establish scalable processes for lead management, follow-up SLAs, and conversion optimization
Lead and collaborate in global projects to continue to innovate & scale the Sales Development organisation
Define and manage KPIs, monitor team activities, and drive execution based on data-driven insights
Partner closely with Field Sales and Inside Sales leadership to optimize performance and align pipeline development with the needs of the Sales organization
What you will bring to the table
Proven experience in building & leading sales teams
Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise software technology
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside and within the organization
Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress toward the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions
Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities
