What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Consistently perform higher level root cause investigations utilizing quality systems
- Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
- Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments
- Ability to effectively document and communicate investigation results
- Can use basic features of JIRA, X-Ray, Tableau, and other data acquisition systems
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (plots, Pareto Charts, etc.)
- Deep understanding of electronic components, including functionality of subassemblies and features
- Deep understanding of failure modes
- Deep understanding of how to apply current test methods to verify product
- Can clearly identify defect source using data
- Can understand PFMEA RPN values (Severity*Occurrence*Detection)
- Regularly works with cross-functional team to improve inspection criteria
- Uses knowledge of production process to recommend changes based on observation and data
