- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience working with engineering and product teams.
- Experience with product development within an engineering environment.
- Experience managing technical programs and projects from inception to completion.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Mobile application development.
- Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across various functions and sites.
- Experience launching features to consumers through front-end software development or back-end platform development.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Experience working with Machine Learning, Large Language Models, or Machine Learning Operations.
- Ability to solve software engineering challenges involving bug triage, source control, continuous integration, and more.
