Key Responsibilities:
Support the eBay Germany team in delivering the arts & Accessories (P&A) brand strategy and marketing plans, with a strong focus on social media.
Provide to the development and rollout of creative campaigns across multiple channels, with social-first thinking at the core.
Take ownership of mid-funnel marketing activities and play a key role in supporting the launch and growth of eBay Live .
Partner with a variety of agencies to deliver integrated marketing plans that connect with our audiences, especially on social media.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals, using audience and inventory insights to shape creative work.
Support research and insights projects by preparing materials, analyzing results, and sharing takeaways that inform future campaigns.
Brief and oversee the creation of engaging marketing assets for paid media campaigns, particularly tailored for social channels.
Provide additional support to the Brand & Paid Media team and chip in to the smooth running of daily marketing activities.

Experience supporting integrated 360° marketing campaigns, with shown success in building social media content.
Confidence working with creative or media agencies, from briefing to coordinating and leading deliverables.
Strong organizational and project management skills—you thrive when running multiple projects and deadlines.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
Native-level German speaker, with strong proficiency in English.
