We are looking for a passionate for our automotive sector. Together with our social agency you will plan and implement social media strategy, campaigns and production for and across all channels in line with our overall brand strategy. The role will be part of the Brand Marketing & Social Team, working closely with cross-functional teams such as PR and Vertical Marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the eBay Germany team in delivering the Parts & Accessories (Motors) brand strategy and marketing plans.

  • Provide to the development and rollout of creative campaigns across multiple channels, with brand & social-first thinking at the core.

  • Develop social media and brand strategies for our automotive segment with the aim of increasing brand awareness, consideration and customer engagement.

  • Take ownership of mid-funnel marketing activities and develop and be responsible for the implementation of the assets.

  • Lead creative ideation to deliver innovative, best-in-class measurable brand & media executions with clear KPIs to meet varying objectives, including influencer activations.

  • Lead strategy and execution of our YouTube automotive channel using social analytics and internal data to constantly improve strategic approach and deliverables.

  • Report on activities, including insights that help shape our brand & social campaign platforms such as campaign brand awareness, considerations & perception measurements.

  • Handle creative & media agencies and develop and maintain direct relationships with agencies to ensure a consistent brand presence for our automotive segment.

  • Foster and uphold direct cooperation with internal collaborators to accomplish collective goals, including regular communication and updates on the defined objectives.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years proven experience in brand marketing, social media & influencer for brands and/or agencies with profound expertise in developing strategies and brand & social media campaigns as well as bringing them to life.

  • Broad expertise and passion for the automotive landscape and community

  • Experience supporting integrated 360° marketing campaigns, with shown success in building social media content.

  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for creativity and high-quality execution.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills - you thrive when running multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Proficient in brand marketing and social media across platforms, including being aware of the latest trends and how to demonstrate them for branded content

  • Deep knowledge of Paid Social Media indicators

  • Great teammate with a passion to work collaboratively and a ‘can-do attitude’

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced business environment

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
