As Marcom's Advertising and Brand Lead, you will be responsible for developing the best campaigns for Apple in Australia and New Zealand. This includes origination and localisation work, from creative development, production, deployment, and evaluation of our integrated campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our creative and media agencies and supervise the localisation and amplification of campaigns to work powerfully for our geo markets.
The day to day responsibilities will include:- Provide a single point of contact for campaigns from an overall strategy, communications, and assets perspective. This requires representing the local Geo’s POVs to WW Marcom counterparts while articulating the global strategy for the broader Geo team.- Responsible for locally driven Geo Origination work and integrated campaigns
  • Demonstrated 15+ years of Creative Agency or similar experience, in a global or regional capacity, demonstrating extensive knowledge in creative development and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of media (traditional and digital) to provide inputs into the media and communications plan.
  • Solid production knowledge (films, outdoor, digital, and social).
  • 5+ years management experience leading teams.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and an adaptable strategic problem solver who is capable of seeing the bigger picture and orchestrating projects from brief to completion.
  • Hands-on, can-do approach to address problems and constantly challenge the status quo.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities and project management skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • An effective team-builder who can mentor and guide the team with an inclusive approach.
  • A strong collaborator and communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams both internal and external, to drive truly integrated work.
