In this role, you will:

  • Develop content and provide support for quarterly earnings materials, news releases, and board presentations

  • Create and maintain regular reporting on the company's stock price, relative stock price, ownership data, consensus estimates, and feedback from analysts and investors

  • Manage and track all equity research, consensus estimates, analyst models, and valuation methodologies

  • Translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for leadership by assembling findings into compelling reports that highlight key performance trends

  • Contribute as needed to strategic finance initiatives, including industry and peer benchmarking analysis, and other ad hoc projects

  • Track industry and competitor performance and news flow for relevant insights, and synthesize that information for senior leaders

  • Manage prep work for investor conferences, including scheduling, webcasting, Q&A, investor profiles

  • Collaborate with the broader Finance organization, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and others

  • Collaborate with Legal on regulatory changes, risk factors, proxy filings, annual reports, and the annual shareholder meeting

The skills you’ll bring include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or applicable degrees

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a relevant finance role including Investor Relations, FP&A, Investment Banking, Equity Research and/or other Strategic Finance roles, preferably with exposure to enterprise SaaS companies

  • Strong analytical skills and deep experience in excel modeling and working with large quantities of data

  • Knowledge of the financial markets, and the financial modeling techniques used by the investment community to project a company's financial performance and stock valuation

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to work effectively with non-financial audiences and to synthesize complex information into executive level summaries

  • An energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player and individual contributor, with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
