As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the client onboarding experience end-to-end, manage the overall implementation project & deliver integrated J.P. This is achieved through disciplined project governance and proven methodology, combined with deep knowledge of our products and award-winning technology. You will work across the firm globally in close co-ordination with partners in Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Client Service to drive outcomes in line with client’s expectation and contribute to shaping investment strategies and global operating model in-line with local regulations.
Job responsibilities :
- Represent J.P. Morgan as our client-facing, technical contact responsible for the excellent end-to-end client experience during complex Payments product implementations with clients around the world.
- Provide client and internal partner with consultative advice regarding technical aspects of Payments solutions, including request for proposal responses, client presentations and client meetings.
- Consult client to improve their treasury, finance and business operations through adoption and operation of J.P. Morgan Payments technology and solutions proposed at the Sales process.
- Lead implementation projects comprising of client-facing activities such as conducting workshops to scope & refine solutions, translating requirements into technical specifications, establishing project plans and governance, executing product testing and managing legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with audit and controls policies and procedures with active focus on risk management.
- Drive improvements to J.P. Morgan Payments global operating model with internal partners to deliver high client satisfaction and internal efficiencies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5 years or more of relevant industry experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance or Payment service providers like Fintech or Merchant Acquiring.
- Experience on Merchant Acquiring products and services such as Payment Gateway, Acquirer, PSP, Processor, Issuer, Card Schemes, Alternative Payment Methods, 3D Secure, Tokenization, Splunk, Fraud tools and Chargeback.
- Technical familiarity with file / data transfer technologies like API, SFTP, ISO XML, SWIFT etc.
- Held positions in client-facing project and/or service delivery roles, with proven project management experience & discipline.
- Superior leadership and teamwork demonstrating ability to work independently in a matrix, cross-functional, global organization.
- Strong and effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- User or developer experience in ERP applications like SAP, Oracle, Kyriba, etc (in the finance/treasury modules) or Treasury Management Systems.
- Experience on tools like Postman and Jira.
- Certified project / IT service management qualification.
- Possess self-motivation, initiative, personal ownership and strong client focus.
- Creative problem solving and sound judgement.
- Detail-oriented and methodical.
