Description
Responsibilities:* Own commercial and contractual relationships with Retail Supply product and service providers* Vendor management, including direct sourcing, logistics, pricing and strategic business reviews* Analyse current processes and procedures to continually seek new efficiencies, innovation and cost savings* Lead strategic projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams* Develop supply kitting strategy for new store openings, relocations and new country expansions* Product lifecycle management from launch to end-of-life disposition * Drive and influence operational strategy across worldwide retail locations, and develop positive relationships with store and field teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Proactive and detail oriented approach to problem solving
- A self-starter who possesses outstanding time management skills
- Ability to develop peer relationships quickly.
- Excellent communication, organisational, cross functional/collaborative, and analytical skills along with strong Project Management experience
- Must be able to travel, and support teams in multiple time-zones
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, or Planning experience
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building sophisticated models with multiple inputs
- Substantial vendor management and negotiation experience
- Experience in Sustainable and ethical sourcing industry best practice.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate results into actionable projects, and supply and demand requirements
