Responsibilities:
Provide competent and solution-oriented customer support over the phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Receive and process customer orders and input them into SAP, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to promote additional products and services to customers during phone interactions
Conduct inbound and outbound activities to support the Commercial Units and enhance customer satisfaction
Provide knowledgeable, reliable, and conclusive responses to incoming customer inquiries
Always maintain a professional and friendly demeanor to secure and increase customer satisfaction
Process orders received via different order channels
Collaborate with internal teams, including the sales team, to support their activities and provide seamless customer service
Handle complaint management and process returns efficiently
Create and update customer accounts in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain price data and updates in SAP
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with phone support responsibilities
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and SAP (Sales and Distribution module)
Very good written and spoken German and French skills
Additional language skills, especially English and/or Italian, are an advantage
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry desirable
