Key Responsibilities:

1. Pricing Strategy Development:
• Create and implement pricing strategies that align with the PMC division’s business objectives and market conditions.
• Analyze competitive pricing landscapes and trends to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments.
2. Market Analysis:
• Conduct deep dive analyses of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor pricing strategies.
• Monitor economic conditions and industry trends affecting pricing strategies.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated and understood.
• Partner with finance to assess the financial impact of pricing decisions and monitor profitability.
4. Pricing Execution:
• Develop, manage and oversee annual price increase to ensure consistency and integrity in pricing decisions.
• Oversee pricing adjustments, promotions, and special pricing arrangements.
5. Performance Monitoring:
• Establish and track key pricing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
• Prepare and present pricing performance reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
6. Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the pricing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing management, preferably within the manufacturing or process industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
• Proficiency in pricing software and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong leadership capabilities.
