You will be part of a wider organization that has well-defined processes. You will own adapting these processes to your projects, and setting up right mechanisms to ensure delivery of goals owned by 3P Pricing, including an S-team goal for Price Competitiveness across Amazon store.Key job responsibilities
Lead multi-team projects with dependencies within and outside WW Pricing org that simplify the process of managing prices for our 3P Sellers. This includes, project tracking, identifying risks, understanding requirements, and evaluating tech designs to ensure they meet requirements. You will provide regular updates about project status and risks to stakeholders and leadership by contributing to Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.You will also own stakeholder management with more than 10 teams that use our services and data, including intake management, communication of upcoming changes, and influencing their prioritization.

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
