Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between ITSM process and ServiceNow Workspaces product Development. You will Act as a Lead Product Manager working in the agile teams, the employee is expected to contribute to all the activities ofITSM Workspacesproduct with driving factors around Optimizing Workflows, improving productivity, Delivering engaging experience, Boost efficiency & Customer Satisfaction, Speed Resolution Times.

  • This role requires in-depth process knowledge on IT Service Management (ITSM) functions (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, Task).
  • Conducts In Depth analysis of ITSM-Workspaces, tools, associated workflows, and product offerings.
  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of Next Gen capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, process Mining, Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics, Generative AI) within ITSM workspace to improve usability and functionality.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, End Users, process teams, Cross Product Teams to gather requirements and define enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user experience within ITSM workspaces through intuitive design, navigation improvements and accessibility enhancements.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve workspace functionality.
  • Ensure Workspace product design is compliant with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Align product roadmap to strategic goals by collaborating with internal and external stakeholder.
  • Work closely with Product Owner, business team, Engineering Teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business requirements. Write User Stories, with clear acceptance Criteria and Descriptions for easier understanding.
  • Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog.
  • Take a Lead in all the Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Daily Scrum).
  • Represent product during the weekly production Releases, Technical Code review sessions, Go-No Go Sessions, Platform Engagements-SNXP, Design review Board).
  • Provide Training & Support to users on product Capabilities & Offerings. Develop user Guides, Knowledge articles, Training materials for the product.
  • Conduct Product Demos, represent product in Tech Spotlights & Organizational technology platforms.

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 10+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Overall 10+ years in IT industry.
  • Hands on Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with a strong understanding of ITIL framework & process dependencies.
  • Expert on ITSM Module within ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands on experience with ServiceNow Next Gen Applications (Workspaces, Predictive Intelligence, AI search, Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics, Process Mining, Generative AI).
  • Expert understanding on ServiceNow ITSM Data Tables
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Must be a Go- Getter.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desired Skills:

  • Has an understanding on ServiceNow platform CORE areas: UI Actions, Business Rules, Data Policy, Workflows, Client Scripts, UI Builder.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
  • Understanding of business value related to features and functions.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
  • Must be a team player with excellent coordination skills.
