In this role you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of marketing automation technologies, with a strong focus on Adobe Marketo, Adobe Workfront and Realtime CDP. This role will be instrumental in developing and managing scalable marketing automation solutions to enhance customer engagement, streamline marketing workflows, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing automation tools, with a focus on Adobe Marketo , Adobe Assets , Adobe Realtime CDP & Adobe Workfront
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, and analytics, to ensure alignment of product features with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for Adobe Marketo , driving best practices in implementation, optimization, and integration with other Adobe solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of Adobe marketing technologies to create seamless customer journeys, including campaign management, asset delivery, and data-driven personalization.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of marketing automation initiatives.
  • Provide leadership in identifying market trends and new technologies in marketing automation to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project status, key milestones, and product enhancements.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tools, features, and functionalities that complement and enhance the Adobe marketing stack.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on marketing automation technologies.
  • Expertise in Adobe Marketo (certification preferred) with a deep understanding of campaign management, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
  • Experience with Adobe Assets (Adobe Experience Manager) for managing digital assets and Adobe Realtime CDP for customer data management and personalization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including integration of CRM and other martech platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and balancing technical and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Adobe Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or similar certification.
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with advanced data analytics and reporting tools.
