As the Business Architect for M365, you will be accountable to develop and deliver the strategy through a plan that will enable the field to achieve the company goals for Secure Productivity (M365 Core) in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Partnering with leadership in Engineering, Marketing and Sales, this role will be critical in accelerating our growth. You will be a visible advocate for the field and will be counted on to represent the voice of customers across our corporate functions. You will be dynamic, passionate, self-motivated, confident in working with senior leaders and comfortable in a matrixed organization. You will design the sales strategy for Secure Productivity (M365 Core) and execute seamlessly with the broader field. This is a highly impactful and visible role that allows you to impact strategic GTM levers across the company.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
  • Sales and Channel experience : experience working in a sales organization to understand what drives sellers, familiarity with the partner ecosystem, experience working directly with senior sales executives and as part of a field sales team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 5+ years marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Strategic Thinker & Execution-Driven: Ability to develop strategic plans for the business based on analysis as well as field and channel feedback. The selected candidate will also bring superb execution capabilities with a proven track record of delivering complex projects that have yielded positive business results.
  • Growth Mindset: Ability to fail fast and learn fast. Not afraid to think like an entrepreneur, own the business, take calculated risks, iteratively improve for the next opportunity. The selected candidate will display a business sense along with creative problem solving. Ability to work through complex scenarios to maximize the outcome for the business.
  • Effective Communicator: Superb internal and external communications skills are required (written, verbal/presentation). Ability to organize information into easy-to-understand formats delivering presentations that clearly articulate opportunities and compel the audience to support action. Having an executive presence and storytelling ability are vital for this role.
  • Stakeholder management and Collaboration: Ability to establish trust and confidence with a wide landscape of stakeholders across the company. This candidate will need to have the confidence to be a visible leader who can drive results to achieve our business goals and the collaboration skills to also help others also be successful at achieving their objectives.
