In today’s competitive landscape, having quality data is vital for a corporation. High-quality, trusted data enhances operational efficiency, supports strategic business objectives, minimizes risks, and drives innovation. Accurate data allows for better decision-making and a stronger competitive advantage.

In this role, you will work across multiple teams, including IT, Architecture, Process Owners, and Data Object Owners. Your responsibilities will include assisting in translating business requirements into solutions, improving data models and business rules, and supporting root cause analyses to define solution proposals. You will help drive issues to resolution and act as a key enabler for IT delivery teams. Your efforts will support deep dives into data management, internal data processes, and systems, helping build trust in data with stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in the execution of strategic programs that propel our organization forward.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Support in gathering and analyzing issues from various roles and assist in root cause analysis with business and IT teams.
  • Contribute to the execution of strategic work packages and help define end-user requirements for products and solutions.
  • Develop knowledge in a defined area of the product and contribute to the overall product vision.
  • Collaborate with IT and Process Owners to enhance the effectiveness of data initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing strategic programs aligned with cloud transformation goals.


Experience (Role Requirements):

  • 1-2 years in the software industry, preferably in Business Process Management or Master Data Management.
  • Basic understanding of business processes, sales cycles, and Master Data Management.
  • Familiarity with the SAFe/Scaled Agile Framework is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to support data integration efforts.
  • Familiarity with internal IT systems (CRM, CPQ, Jira) is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English and experience in cross-functional environments.
