In the short term, you’ll focus on resolving integration issues, improving platform efficiency, and building clarity through dashboards and documentation. In the long term, you’ll design scalable systems and processes that ensure DSP health and support sustainable revenue growth.

• Manage DSP endpoint performance, including onboarding, maintenance, upgrades, and QPS configuration.
• Act as the point of escalation for DSP issues such as spend drops, discrepancies, IVT blocks, and integration bugs.
• Partner with Product and Data Science to design experiments that improve margin and unlock additional spend.
• Build dashboards with BI and Engineering to monitor DSP health and surface growth opportunities.
• Triage and prioritize requests between commercial and product teams to reduce operational noise.

• Strong understanding of DSP/SSP behavior, exchange integrations, and programmatic buying mechanics.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting issues with QPS, throttling, IVT, or discrepancies.
• Proficiency with SQL, log analyzers, or telemetry tools to investigate technical performance.
• Proven ability to manage technical and operational projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Clear communicator who can translate technical findings into actionable business context.

• Experience with SDK-based monetization or in-app exchanges.
• Familiarity with VPAID, IVT filtering, or direct campaign delivery.
• Background in fraud operations, discrepancy resolution, or technical support engineering.
• Experience creating automation, tooling, or documentation that reduces manual work.
• A perspective that adds new ideas and approaches to the team and culture.
