Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen Siemens Healthineers' brand positioning in Thailand.
• Lead and mentor the Marketing & Communications team to achieve high performance.
• Foster collaboration across internal teams, including Sales, Business Development Management, and Regional-Global Team.
Communication & Brand Management:
• Oversee external communications, including press releases, media relations, and digital campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels to enhance brand equity.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders for marketing elements.
Digital Marketing & Innovation:
• Leverage digital platforms to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Implement innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences in the healthcare sector.
Event Management:
• Plan and execute events e.g. trade shows, conferences, product launches and workshop to showcase Siemens Healthineers' solutions.
• Manage on customer invitation for company activities e.g. events and customer site visit program
Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare reports on marketing ROI and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a middle-senior marketing role within the healthcare or medical technology industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
Excellent communication skills in Thai & English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
