You will report directly to our Customer Service Manager and you'll work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experienceYOU MUST HAVE• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Customer-centric mindset
• Advanced English level
