As a Water Resources Engineer or Intern work wouldinclude development and application of environmental and water resources analysesto support local, regional, state, and federal water management planning and design studies; planningand design for water storage, conveyance, and distribution projectsresearch, technical writing, and development of documentation and studiesas well as data collection, processing, and analysisto support water resources planning activities.
more interested in theWater/Wastewater side of things your work could include avariety of water treatment projects includingproviding field investigations and water quality testingon full-scale water and wastewater treatment facilities;conducting water treatment facility pilots,desktop treatment analysis including using membrane performance projections and mass/flow balances;evaluations, design, and commissioning.

- Enrollment in a degree seeking program in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or another closely related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous intern experience with a consulting or engineering firm
- Relevant coursework or projects
- EIT or on track to obtain
