Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client-side Project Management, R&D, and QA teams to gather project requirements and information for creating project plans
- Conduct pre and post launch device failure analysis, lead root cause discoveries, and generate issue resolutions
- Serve as a two-way communication bridge between customers and internal teams to verify wide scope quality issues, causes, and solutions across device hardware, software, components, processes, ETC.
- Investigate and capture various system logs and assist in R&D debugging of both SW and HW
- Serve as technical expert and point of contact to client, R&D, 3rd party lab representatives, contractors, and teammates
- Understand various testing methods to conduct tests and support to select and manage tests for changed/new items
- Support testing planning for each stage, testing result identification and field test based on a verification plan
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering or equivalent level of work experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in wireless industry preferred in Mobile QA or Mobile testing
- Korean (business proficiency) and English (business proficiency)speaking/reading/writingability is required
- Able to utilize AI-based tool or models to enhance QA efficiency
- Proven experience with field data analysis and return/defect data tracking

- Comfort and ability to use all types of electronic lab test equipment isplus
