Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance modules.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C# and .NET technologies.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL, Azure services, Power Platform, and lifecycle services (LCS).
Ability to use browser developer tools (e.g., pressing F12 in Edge) to inspect APIs and debug client-side behavior.
Analyze logs, traces, and reproduction steps to identify root causes in a complex environment.
Having accounting knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Finance related issues in Dynamics 365 Finance (Modules like AR, AP, General ledger, Project operations, Fixed assets, Budget, HR etc.).
Perform advanced troubleshooting using tools like Visual Studio, LCS, and Azure telemetry.
Analyze and resolve system problems across Finance related modules.
Collaborate with global support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document technical solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Participate in onboarding and training sessions for new Finance features.
Act as a liaison between frontline support and product engineering teams.
