Job Duties: Fully understand project scope and lead discovery workshops. Create user stories from requirements and meet with client stakeholders to understand As-is processes. Own the overall solution architecture and design to meet functional requirements and user stories Strategize solution based on current project scope, as well as ability to support long-term objectives. Ensure technical components (package or custom design) fulfill the user stories (e.g., ERD, object modeling, design from a functional perspective). Own the functional fit/gap analysis of software packages and their ability to satisfy functional requirements. Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions. Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community and Force.com Platform. Configure solutions with extensive experience in writing Process Builders, Advanced Visual flows and security controls. Knowledge of Salesforce best practices using Apex, Visualforce and deployment tools like Eclipse, Data loader is desired. Mentoring junior resources on project team (e.g. Business Analysts, Quality Analysts).

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
