· Responsible for effectively, efficiently, and promptly responding to Sales team inquiries, requests, via phone, e-mail, or mail to support the sales administration task.
· Support sales team by managing and coordinating allaspects of sales process.
· Competent in the use of company systems to support in treatment status and sales follow up
· Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales business performance
· Support Sales team for sales and marketing material preparation
· Participate in special projects and/or training when requested
· Meet departmental standards for personal and team performance metrics including, but not limited to, contact volume handled, turnaround time and quality
· Make inbound and outbound call to customers for handling the enquiries
· Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Order and Documentation Management :
· Support sales department in database input related with marketing and customer support info, client contacts info.
· Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company’s database(s) about each contact they handle following defined parameters
· Support the customer master data , sales report in Salesforce data system as requested
·Logistic and Delivery Coordination :
· Coordinate with the related department to track and follow up the order and update the progression with client
·Payment and Financial Processing :
· Provide the database and any request from customers related to the financial information
· Coordinate with the Customer support and Financial Department for the financial issue related to the sales process and enquiries

Product Knowledge :
· Maintain a basic knowledge in orthodontic/dental concepts and topics
· Possess comprehensive knowledge of company processes, sales procedures, and product information/materials

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, or sales administrator work experience preferably in a medical device customer-based environment
· Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
COMPUTER SKILL
· Familiarity with Windows software. Ability to learn software applications quickly
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Ability to focus attention to detail
· Ability to consistently follow through activities and projects to completion
· Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to act and speak with confidence
· Possess a service excellence mindset
