As an individual contributor on the, reviewer will:

  • Complete initial and periodic administrative reviews for Personal Trust accounts, including agency, custody, IRA, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and estate accounts

  • Ensure compliance and mitigate risk by confirming account coding, documentation, fees, and administration are consistent with governing document provisions, internal policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations

  • Serve as the primary consultant/resource for assigned regions/branches; work collaboratively with internal partners to address questions and remediate issues identified during the administrative review process

  • Communicate proactively with other review team members and internal partners to ensure consistency

  • Participate in special projects at the direction of the FRG Team Leader

  • Identify potential risks and escalate for discussion or resolution as appropriate

  • Create and present training materials for reviewers;

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned topic(s)

  • Serve as a primary mentor/co-mentor for new team members

  • Assist with team initiatives. These may include contributing to periodic communications, development of management reporting, and other initiatives

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST

: 3 days in office at West Side Flats; 2 days remote

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Typically eight or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Understanding of trust/estate administration principles and process

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and trust administration tools including SEI, Nexus, Advantage Fee, and SEI Compliance Services

  • Advanced knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations

  • Thorough knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong presentation skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
