Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or an equivalent experience.
Substantial experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security research or threat intelligence
Experience with AI and Data Science driven products or services
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute research & development strategies that support product development objectives.
Experienced program or product manager capable of defining and driving processes and defining and tracking OKRs and KPIs to measure program performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Customer feedback and data driven.
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, “getting things done” attitude.
Responsibilities
Work directly with intelligence analysts from across Microsoft's research ecosystem to gather, curate, and prioritize the most important problems to solve on behalf of our researchers, always keeping our end customer's goals and mission in mind.
Develop subject matter expertise in the workflows our analysts use to gain insights, publish content, etc.
Deep expertise in security principles, with a focus on threat intelligence and security research methodologies.
Connect analyst workflows to AI opportunities.
Partner with Engineering to drive a complete Product-team approach to solving problems.
Ensure our engineers always know the 'what' and 'why' behind the work they do, and empower them to be part of the solution.
