Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for wireless connectivity(Wifi/Bluetooth/UWB) issues and inquiries.

• Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity problems across various devices and platforms.

• Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs related to wireless connectivity functionality.

• Assist in the development and testing of wireless connectivity features in new products.

• Document and maintain support procedures and knowledge base articles.

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in English, both written and spoken.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in wireless connectivity technology and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++/C#/Java.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of Wifi/Bluetooth/UWB technology and protocols is a plus.

Experience with WoS development and wireless connectivity integration is a plus.
