Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Bluetooth-related issues and inquiries.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Bluetooth connectivity problems across various devices and platforms.

• Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs related to Bluetooth functionality.

• Assist in the development and testing of Bluetooth features in new products.

• Document and maintain support procedures and knowledge base articles.

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams in English, both written and spoken.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Bluetooth technology and Android development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C/C++.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of Bluetooth technology and protocols is a plus.

Experience with Android development and Bluetooth integration is a plus.
