About The Position

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects, from initiation through completion. To succeed in this position, you’ll need excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as necessary
  • Monitor project progress and performance, tracking key metrics and adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies, incorporating best practices and lessons learned to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 3+ years of project management experience, successfully delivering complex projects
  • Proven leadership abilities in cross-functional team management and stakeholder collaboration
  • Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to convey complex concepts to others effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew

  • Experience creating and writing workflow and support processes
