Role Objectives

Develop internal and external sourcing network for identifying and evaluating new opportunities, including strong local market connectivity

Lead or co-lead negotiation, due diligence, transaction structuring and internal approvals process.

Lead or co-lead portfolio management of existing investments, including support for governance, administration and portfolio lifecycle events.

Investment structuring, negotiation and execution

Understanding of emerging technologies, innovation & digital disruption

Corporate & VC networking and relationship building skills

Strong financial and non-financial risk management skills

Ability to prepare and present PowerPoint and word-based investment summaries

Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably with 4+ years of investing experience

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Demonstrated influencing and networking skills

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience; Technical degree not required, but preferred

MBA desirable but not required
