As our Consultant or Senior Consultant within our Real Estate Advisory team based in Sydney, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team, within a national practice with national coverage and gain experience across multiple industry sectors as well as across functions within the EY Strategy and Transactions network.

• Assist with valuation assignments of companies, development projects and specialised assets.
• Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range projects and transactions for income producing and development projects.
• Provide specialist due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across a range of asset classes.
• Undertake market research, trend analysis and contribute to thought leaderships papers.
• Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent, Specialist Disability Accommodation and Affordable Housing.
• Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to our clients.
• Support Project Managers on the delivery of complex business cases, buildings and precincts.

• Strong analytical skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
• Good report writing and presentation skills.
• An understanding of core property valuation principles, value drivers and methodologies.
• Experience or qualifications in Property Valuation looking to work towards or have already obtained professional accreditation such a CPV of the API or RICS, CFA, CPA or ACA
• A willingness to be a continuous learner as you may work on a range of valuation related matters across Oceania
