You will manage and provide project leadership and management and oversight of large healthcare program and resolve complex project related issues, disputes, and disagreements. As the lead Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team. Your role keeps our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.
This opportunity will require high level organization, communication, and presentations skills to ensure client staff affected by projects are informed and processes are established; to coordinate and communicate design development, plan reviews, permitting, changes in design or construction; to facilitate regular coordination meetings with the client, consultants, and contractors. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle projectchallenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
