Work with other Market Unit sector leaders and Service Sales counterparts to ensure organizational objectives and metrics are met (inclusive of Bookings, Revenue, Profit, Utilization, Innovation, Client Satisfaction).
Support Deal Execution cycles and Bid Councils ensuring the right balance of cost vs risk to ensure we win the business and can deliver on our commitments. Works with Service and Software sales teams to understand sales pipeline and develop associated delivery execution plans.
Drive/Support implementation pursuits within cross disciplinary teams.
Accurately forecast revenue for associated business portfolio.
Effectively manage client escalations while building/strengthening executive level relationships
Work with Client Executives through their transformation programs resulting in demonstrated business improvements through the adoption of SAP Cloud offerings, clean core strategies, and AI.
Establishing sustainable and measurable internal standardization programs and productized services that drive increased On Time/Budget/Profitablity delivery results.
Management of assigned Project, Program, and Delivery Managers, including performance management (coaching, performance reviews, training, calibration processes, career management and rewards/recognitions)
Drive Core Delivery skills transformation and Services Community support to successfully enable our ‘engineered services strategy’.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree is required
Strong executive communication and presence; Comfortable working at C-levels within customer organizations
Must have strong working knowledge of government contract types and government buying cycles.
WORK EXPERIENCE
10 years SAP experience in the software or professional services industry and 7 years of SAP Services Premium Engagement or Consulting Delivery experience with prior Management experience
10 years of experience in the FAD sector delivering implementation or Premium Engagement services is required; deep knowledge of SAP’s public sector and/or A&D industry-specific solutions; knowledge of SAP’s manufacturing solutions is a plus.
A clear understanding of the SIs and other service providers in the Federal and/or A&D space is highly desired. Past experience working with them in a direct teaming model and/or in a side-by-side model to deliver holistic services to the SAP customer is also highly desired.
