Event coordination
- Identify relevant events, conferences, and trade shows that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Evaluate the potential benefits and target audience of each event to ensure strategic participation.
- Consult with event sponsor and/or requester to understand end-end requirements of the event)
- Comply and promote the guidelines/policies
- Consult with the event program manager to ensure EY brand compliance throughout the event and pre and post event communication process
- Drive cost efficiencies and negotiations with venues and suppliers, ensuring all value adds have been reviewed and exhausted with suppliers
- Prepare initial event logistics budget and manage throughout the event lifecycle
- Coordinate with Technology Support to arrange special event production and on-site technology.
- Audit and submit for approval any program related invoices and provide full event reconciliation
- Responsible for the smooth running of the event on-site, anticipating any problems/issues and putting in place measures and solutions before they occur
- Act as the main point of contact on-site for all suppliers, ensuring that all suppliers are providing the agreed level of service and actively resolving any issues
- Take overall responsibility for the delegation and direction of the on-site support team, adjusting planning where necessary
- Assist in other areas of Events as needed
- Support and devise ideas/best practices for the team to drive process efficiencies as well as contribute creativity
- Conduct post-event analysis to assess the success of the event and gather insights for future improvements.
- Prepare reports detailing event outcomes, including attendance, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
Award Identification and Application:
- Identify relevant industry awards and recognitions that align with the company's brand and objectives.
- Stay updated on new and upcoming award opportunities within the industry.
- Eligibility Assessment:
- Evaluate the company's qualifications and eligibility for various awards.
- Gather necessary documentation and data to support award applications.
- Prepare and submit award applications, ensuring all criteria and requirements are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create compelling narratives for award submissions.
- Maintain a schedule and track the status of award applications.
- Follow up on submitted applications and provide additional information if required.
- Promote the company's award wins and nominations through press releases, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Leverage awards to enhance the brand's credibility and market positioning.
Trade Association Relationship Management:
- Identify relevant trade associations and industry groups that align with the company's interests and goals.
- Stay updated on new and existing trade associations within the industry.
- Manage company memberships with trade associations, ensuring timely renewals and active participation.
- Handle membership documentation and related administrative tasks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts within trade associations.
- Sending company represent the company at trade association meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Communicate relevant trade association updates, opportunities, and information to internal teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between the company and trade associations.
- Utilize trade association resources, such as research reports, networking events, and training programs, to benefit the company.
- Collaborate on joint initiatives, projects, and advocacy efforts that align with the company's objectives.
Key campaigns management
- Devise, execute, and optimize multi-channel global employer branding campaigns across diverse platforms, aligning each initiative with organizational objectives and leveraging EY's business insights.
- Methodically track and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation, promptly addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Forge strong partnerships with all location BMC spocs, external vendors, and other stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration to achieve campaign objectives.
- Employ analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics) to fine-tune campaigns and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Produce comprehensive performance reports for executive-level stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Must have a minimum 8 -10 years of event execution, B2B brand exposure, and project management.
- Must be experienced with all Microsoft Office Tools with competency in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills must be able to communicate clearly and with authenticity to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential, with the ability to prioritise effectively
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of running corporate events
- Knowledge of meeting industry software, CRM, including web registration & digital marketing applications
- Demonstrable ability to interact with leadership, stakeholders, and peers
- Interest on project management and technical/digital affinity
